A hi-hat and kick drum groove kick off this drum track. The snare soon comes in and a very funky drum beat starts, complete with tasty fills and complex embellishments. A second section involves another 16th note-based hi-hat pattern with some open and closed hi-hat hits. The drum beat is busy with lots of hits and little things going on. A little more than two minutes in, the beat drops down to a break down of hi-hat and kick drum, but the snare soon comes roaring back in. The pattern remains in the same feel through the end of the track, with lots of cool fills along the way.
