This track starts with a quick run on the toms and the splash cymbal, and then drops into the main groove which consists of kick, cross-sticking on the snare and hi-hats. Nice rhythm with the cross sticking really gives it a woody beach vibe, and the big sounding kick drum adds a tribal feel. Interspersed along the way we have quick variations featuring the snare, toms and cymbals, making a nice soft/loud dynamic in the song. At 2:15 the track breaks down to just the kick and hats with the occasional cymbal choke, and then we're back to the groove, riding it until the end.
