This track starts out with a fight between a punchy sounding kick, and a tight and bright snare. They argue back and forth until the hats jump into the fray at 00:37 with a deft rhythm, and pull the whole thing together. We cut back to the core groove with the addition of short fills from the hats and crash/splash cymbals. The track moves between these two ideas, setting up a nice dynamic, and punctuated with cool fills. At 2:13 the song breaks down to just the hats, and then builds again into the groove, but ultimately it's the snare that gets the last word in with three quick shots to end things off.
