The beginning of these beat is an odd, herky jerky type groove with with alternating kick, snare and hi-hat hits that loop around back on themselves. It's an unconventional rhythm, and there are some cymbal hits and fills here and there. Eventually the hi-hat opens up a bit, and a ride bell can be heard occasionally. These two sections switch off back and forth. Another section has a few more snare hits and cymbal crashes. Later the beat gets a little busier with more crashes, snare hits and kick drum, and a steady crash cymbal brings the dynamics up until the end.
