This track is upbeat right from the get-go, with an active hi-hat pattern and a danceable rhythm fit for pop, rock, or any groove-based jam. Some 16th note triplet hi-hat embellishments keep in interesting along with cool snare fills and hi-hat pedal work that keep the track moving. About halfway through, the drummer switches to a funky 16th note ride cymbal pattern and adds in some ghost notes to keep it grooving. Lots of fancy stick work for the fills, which include some skillful snare and cymbal interplay.
