Starting with a snare fill, this track goes right into a kick/hi-hat pattern with a Latin feel. Then the drummer starts with a cowbell and rim click pattern over the syncopated kick drum. This leads into a louder snare and ride cymbal version of the pattern that could be a chorus to the cowbell's verse. These two parts alternate back and forth with the occasional embellishment. The intro returns later on, this time including a snare drum. In the 2:40 area, there is a huge fill as the drummer goes crazy for a few bars with some very tight, advanced drumming. The rest of the track includes many fills and embellishments and ends on a pattern similar to the intro.
