After a couple little light cymbal crashes, this drum track gets into a funky groove quickly, with some light hi-hat accompanying kick and snare. The hi-hat soon starts playing 16th notes with some open/closed parts to add to the funkiness. There are a few fills here and there, but nothing too crazy, mostly small embellishments. Occasionally, the drummer plays some 32nd notes on the hi-hat. The beat breaks down to just some cymbals, then some toms and fills decorate this bridge. The song comes back in full funky force till the end of the drum track, as the dynamics come up and the hi-hat opens up as more fills accompany the groove.
