This track has a brisk 16th-note hi-hat groove that's very upbeat and funky. About 50 seconds in, the kick drum switches to a disco-like four on the floor pattern. A fill brings it back to the original groove, then the kick pattern begins some variations before going back into four on the floor. Eventually, a cymbal interlude with rides and crashes brings it down a few notches, then the four on the floor comes back. For the ending, the hi-hat opens up on all the upbeats, then switches over to the ride cymbal bell on each upbeat for a few bars.
