This song starts with a quick kick/snare/crash fill, and then picks up the hi-hat and falls into a solid backbeat. The kick is punchy, and the snare is big and open, nicely accented with the toms and cymbals. The second part is all about the ride, until a quick turn around and heavy fill on the toms brings us back. Features extended transitions that build with the crash cymbal and nice work on the toms-- and even a couple of rests for good measure. The build up at the end throws every cymbal into the mix, and then finishes off with a big descending tom fill. When your this heavy, you gotta go down.
